Alex Weiss, CFP®

Alex leads Napier Financial’s Wealth Management division by implementing tailored strategies based on the needs and future financial aspirations of families and businesses. He does this with analysis and overseeing the services of other professionals and subject matter experts to support clients’ financial needs. Alex takes great pride in helping his clients by providing real clarity about every financial decision, and by coordinating the fractured advice clients receive from multiple sources.

Alex started his career in 2006 as an intern supporting a team of advisors while completing his degree at Bryant University in Actuarial Mathematics. He currently resides in Westwood with his wife, Ashley, and their two young daughters. He enjoys traveling and spending time with his large family.

Adam Dani

Adam is member of Napier Financial’s retirement plan division. In this role, he helps hospitality and other business owners navigate the often complicated process of providing a world class retirement plan to their employees. Through plan design, fee analysis and employee engagement, he ensures the plan is a true benefit for both the company by reducing their day-to-day workload and costs, and for their employees by helping them get closer to their retirement goals.

Adam started his career in 2007 as an advisor focused on retirement plans and has since spent many years working for several of the largest retirement plan providers in the world. He holds a Bachelors of Science from Southern Nazarene University, and served in the U.S. Coast Guard. He lives in Worcester and spends most of his free time coordinating soccer, basketball, and lacrosse schedules for his 3 children.
